Chicken and Wild rice Casserole

This is a recipe that I just love. I pretty much just took a few recipes and made this.
2-3 cups of cooked chicken ( I cooked chicken breasts in the crock pot to have nice tender chicken)
2 cups wild rice (cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup.
1 packet dried lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 can water
1 small can mushrooms (optional)
Mix all together and bake in a 9 x 13 pan covered with tinfoil for 1 hour at 350 degrees, 30 mins with tin foil removed. Enjoy!
